There is a cabana by the pool that includes exercise equipment (a treadmill, and light weights).  All you need to bring is a book to relax by the pool or lounge with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.  

This home has tastefully appointed furnishings throughout. From the beautiful marble floors to the pristine and clean bathrooms, this recently remodeled home is a true 5-star hotel experience.  This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 dishwashers, gas cooktop, sub-zero refrigerator, fast wi-fi, and a large laundry room. The living room area is relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. It has a TV for your enjoyment. You will wake to a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from your king bed in the master bedroom. It also has a TV. The master shower has a sliding door to convert it to an outdoor shower if you choose! The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite spacious bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and an en-suite jetted tub/shower. It has a TV. There is a separate entertainment room with a 55-inch TV for relaxing movie nights. The kitchen has a built in desk for a beautiful workspace. There is a large monitor for a computer to connect.

The sprawling grounds surround you with the tropical island feeling you are looking for in a vacation home, and the privacy only Manasota Key can offer. There are restaurants on the island, and within 5 miles there is a wide assortment of retail establishments (grocery, pharmacy, etc.). There are 2 bikes on the property for a bike ride down beautiful Manasota Key Road (aka Canopy Road). There is access to a variety of water sport rentals such as paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, etc. You can rent a golf cart! Book a boat cruise on Lemon Bay! The beach is wonderful for shell seekers, and Stump Pass State Park is great for a private walk through the park and along the beach. Manasota Key is a special island with natural beauty everywhere. The sunsets are breathtaking.

Occupancy/Gatherings

Our property is in a quiet residential area and it is rented for personal vacation uses only. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those that break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Rental Terms

Contact us for availability. The rate is $950 per night. 30 night minimum. There is a $375 cleaning fee and 13% state and local tax. Initial booking is 25% of the total due at the time of booking, and in addition, a refundable security/damage deposit of $1500.00. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival is refundable less a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the deposits. Emergency cancellations will be handled at our discretion. Check-in and Check out times are flexible.  Our policy is non-smoking and no pets allowed.
