HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

Please make sure everyone in your party is informed of the following rules and policies and initial that you have agreed to these terms:

Please do not discuss your rental terms with anyone you encounter during your stay. You are a guest of Karla and David. We hope you have a wonderful stay.

No loud music or loud voice levels are acceptable. Our neighborhood is very quiet.

The ocean is very corrosive. Be very careful outside and cautious on the decking. Always wear shoes when walking outside. It is Florida and there are creatures and lots of yard debris.

Please use the handrail on the stairs to the ocean. The last steps can be slippery due to the always changing, uncontrollable nature of the ocean.

Keep the sliding glass doors closed. The humidity is damaging the home and the HVAC system.

Respect the septic tank and abide by the signs that are posted regarding items not allowed in the septic tank.

Please follow the following pool rules:

 NO DIVING AND NO RUNIING

No glass or food in the pool

Please do not pee in the pool

The cabana bathroom is your pool potty

Please periodically clean the pool skimmer basket and make sure the water level is halfway to the pool skimmer. You may need to fill it with water, use the hose at the front of the house. There is a skimmer net in the bicycle shed closet for cleaning floating debris. There is a lot of yard debris. There is a cordless blower in the pantry to assist you with cleaning the pool area.

The pool is serviced every Thursday. Other services like lawn and pest control are intermittent.

Put the trash bins out on Thursday nights. The trash is collected on Fridays. Please do not put the recycle trash in bags. The bins are in the shed closet labeled TRASH CANS.
